COMPRESSED FIBER JOINTING SHEETS

Both asbestos and non-asbestos Jointing sheets are available in our company. Make of <INGI> ® Compressed Fiber Jointing Sheets follows the international standards of manufacturing process and test procedure. The test results are measured in accordance with ASTM F-104.

APPLICATION:

Piping, Pipe Flanges and Valve Bonnets in Thermal or Nuclear Power Plant, Refineries, Chemical Plants, Steel Plants and Vessels. Covers and Joints in Towers, Tanks, Boilers, Pressure Vessels, and Heat Exchangers, Furnaces, and other various types of industrial machinery like in pumps, internal combustion engines, gasoline/diesel engines, compressors, etc.

SPECIFICATIONS

<INGI> ® Jointing is available in sheets as well as cut-out gaskets to fit ANSI, API, JIS, DIN, or other flange standards. It is also available in anti stick, anti corrosion, anti leak, for extreme pulsating pressure, high temperatures, and for all media.

    Please specify the following:
  • Media, Operating Temperature and Pressure.

    For non standard items please specify gasket dimensions complete with drawing if possible.

Note: Gaskets with O.D. bigger than the sheet material is fabricated with joints.
