Our Quality Assurance and Product Certification is done according to international standards through various tests and in spections right at our own Workshop and Lab. Facilities covering NDT, Test of Chemical and Mechanical Properties by means of various testing machines and equipment such as Spectrometer, PMI (Positive Material Identification), UTM (Universal Testing Machine), Hardness Tester, Eddy Current Testing Machine, Surface Roughness Tester, Hydrostatis Test, Metallographic Inspection, and other specific inspections as per customer’s requirements such as Heat Treatment, Surface Treatment, Anti Corrosion, etc.
To maintain continuous quality assurance and ensure prime quality products, Arezda adopts and persues high standards of continuous quality management throughout the entire production processes. Tubes are 100% Eddy Current tested, verified for tolerances on size, thickness, surface quality, chemical & mechanical properties, and other metallographic inspections.
